Smart Lock Not Unlocking Automatically – Need Assistance!

Hi everyone, I hope someone can help me with this issue. I recently installed a smart lock on my front door, and while it works manually, it’s not unlocking automatically when I approach. I’ve followed the manufacturer’s instructions and checked the app settings, but nothing seems to resolve the problem. My phone is in range, and the Bluetooth connection is stable. I’ve also tried resetting the lock and re-pairing it with my phone, but the issue persists. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the app, and even tried a different phone to rule out any device-specific issues. I’m wondering if there’s a setting I might have missed or if there’s a common fix for this. This is a bit frustrating because I rely on this feature for convenience, especially when my hands are full. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
