I just wanted to share my recent experience setting up my new Smart Lock Ultra. It’s been a bit of a journey, but I’m thrilled with how it’s turned out! 
Initially, I ran into a bit of trouble saving the security code during setup. After some research and reaching out to the community, I found some really helpful tips that made the process much smoother. I thought I’d share what I learned in case anyone else is going through the same thing. 
Here’s what worked for me:
- Double-Check the Bluetooth Connection: Ensure your phone is within a short distance from the lock. Sometimes a weak Bluetooth signal can cause issues.
- Use the Latest App Version: Updating the app to the most recent version fixed a lot of the bugs I was experiencing.
- Test with a Backup Code: If the initial setup fails, try using a backup code to manually unlock the door. This can sometimes reset the system and allow the main code to be saved properly.
Why I Love This Lock:
- The keyless entry feature is a game-changer! No more fumbling with keys in the dark.
- The motion-activated keypad is super convenient. It lights up as you approach, making it easy to enter your code.
- The integration with my smart home system has taken my security to the next level. Now I can monitor and control my lock from anywhere.
