Hey everyone, I wanted to share my experience with the Kwikset 910 SmartCode lock and how I managed to fix an issue with the lock status not updating in both the SmartThings and Alexa apps. It was quite frustrating at first because the status would only update when I manually pressed the lock button in the SmartThings app. After some research and tweaking, I discovered that resetting the lock and re-pairing it with both platforms resolved the issue. Now, the status updates seamlessly!
On another note, I’ve been working on integrating multiple brands of smart devices into my setup.
