Hello everyone, I’m reaching out to seek some advice regarding an issue I’m experiencing with my Smart Lock U200. After integrating the lock into my Homey Pro setup, I noticed that the deadbolt occasionally becomes abnormal. This behavior started shortly after adding the lock to my system, despite it functioning flawlessly during the initial week of use. I’ve attempted several troubleshooting steps, including recalibration both manually and automatically, yet the issue persists. I’m curious if anyone else has encountered similar problems and if there are any known solutions or workarounds. Any insights or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
