Smart lock u200 problems with latch retract

I’ve been having this problem for weeks now: the lock unlocks perfectly, but then the latch doesn’t retract. I just turn the knob briefly and the latch retracts.
The lock then beeps like crazy. I’ve recalibrated several times, but unfortunately, that didn’t help. So what can I do?
