Aqara did a great job when it comes to the design of the U400 smart lock. However, it seems that this lock is only for the US market. Is this understanding correct? Can I use it with EU, or UK type of locks?

Hi @ashehri2000 , the U400 is mainly for US/ Canada deadbolt locks and can’t not used on UK / European locks without big modifications!
But as I know Aqara , they are developing a similar lock for Europe
So stay tuned

Correct, U400 is designed for North American deadbolts, but the UWB will likely be applied to future products for different regions.

I too really like the u400 design and feature wise and would love to see something similar for the European market. Fingers crossed!
