I have an Aqara G4 Doorbell camera and a Smart Lock U50. Both devices work just fine on Apple Home, but I can’t get the Aqara app to see the door lock. I’ve tried several times using the instructions in the app, but it ever sees the lock. Any ideas?

Hi there and welcome to the forum.did you try to factory reset the lock and add it first on aqara app?also were did you buy it and what region are you using?also were is the hub that you chose to connect it?because if is to far my be that is why the Aqara app do not see it and do works on Apple home app because your Apple TV or HomePods are near to the door
