Count me in for the U600 trial!
Based in the UK, verified my door measurements (well within the 35-70 mm backset and 72-92 mm centre distance limits), and have my 50+ points ready. My home runs on Aqara M300 Edge Hub, Apple Home and Matter over Thread, so testing Home Key reliability on a UK-spec lock is right up my alley.
Ready to test thoroughly and provide detailed forum teedback post-launch!

I’d really like to apply for the opportunity to test the new Aqara Smart Lock U600 (UK).
I currently use a uPVC door with a Fullex XL multipoint locking system and Euro-profile cylinder, so I think my installation would provide a useful real-world test of the U600 on the type of multipoint door commonly found in UK homes.
I already have a fairly extensive Aqara smart-home setup integrated with Home Assistant, including Aqara hubs, Thread devices and presence/contact sensors. I’m also currently testing the Aqara FP400, so I’m familiar with documenting products properly, testing different configurations and providing detailed feedback rather than simply using the product.
If selected, I’d particularly like to test:
- Installation and compatibility with my Fullex multipoint door
- Day-to-day locking and unlocking reliability
- How well the U600 handles a UK multipoint locking mechanism
- Aqara Home integration and automations
- Matter/Thread performance and reliability
- Home Assistant integration
- Alexa integration
- Different unlocking methods and family use
- Battery performance
- Behaviour during network/Thread outages
- Longer-term reliability and any issues that appear through normal daily use
I’d document the installation and testing with photos, screenshots and detailed notes, and provide constructive feedback on both what works well and anything I think could be improved.
I understand the trial rules, particularly that no product experience or testing information can be shared publicly before the U600’s official release, and that feedback/review should then be submitted to the Aqara Forum within 30 days following release.
I’d be very happy to put the U600 through a proper real-world test and hopefully provide some useful feedback to the Aqara team.

This device looks awesome and hopefully the lack of motor locking mechanism will increase reliability compared to the U200 as I’m on my second U200 due to motor issues with the first. Would love to try this and see how much of an upgrade it is!

I would love to trial the U600. I have a huge array of Aqara products in every category.
I am currently using the U200, whilst good the requirement to pull up the latch as certainly created a little wife acceptance issues. U600 opportunity to allow us to create automations and enable greater security. With the U200 we’ve accidentally gone out and left the door unlocked several times!
