Hello everyone, I’m excited to share my recent experience with integrating a smart meter into my home automation system. As someone who’s always looking to optimize energy usage, I found the process both challenging and rewarding.
I recently installed an Easy Meter provided by my energy supplier, and I was curious about how to connect it with my existing Homematic setup. After some research, I discovered that eq-3 offers various smart meter sensors compatible with the CCU3. However, I was unsure which one would work best with the Easy Meter.
After reaching out to the community and doing some digging, I found that the HM-Sen-MDIR-WM55 sensor was the perfect fit. It not only integrates seamlessly with the CCU3 but also provides detailed energy consumption data.
