Smart Plug Automation and Energy Monitoring

I recently installed a smart plug to monitor my TV’s power consumption, and it’s been a fascinating experiment! :tv: The idea is simple: if the TV’s power drops below 100W for over 10 minutes, it signals another smart plug to turn off. However, I’ve noticed that the signal keeps getting sent even after the second plug has turned off. Is there a way to stop this from happening? Maybe a function or node that can detect if the second plug has already received the signal? I’m not sure if this is a good idea, but it would save on unnecessary signals.

On a lighter note, this setup has made me more mindful of my energy usage. It’s amazing how much you can learn about your habits with a little automation. If anyone has tips or tricks for optimizing this kind of system, I’d love to hear them! :star2:
