Smart Plug not updating FW

I have now had 2 out of 3 smart plug getting stuck at 3% FW upgrade.

Supposed to be FW 041 upgrading to 045 but in FW upgrade it writes it FW version 000 and upgrading to 041, but getting stuck at 3%

Any suggestions?

Hi, I can’t say for sure, I forgot, but I updated via the socket plugin. Find it in the settings and try updating there.

I also have just the 21 firmware … so wondering why 41 or 45 didn’t show up

I remembered! I had this, I don’t remember what I did, but this update stopped coming.

You are co fusing it with the H2 RGB. I’m just writing amount the normal 10A 2300w H2 smart plug.

Ok, but the old is not the H2 … please try the automatic update for firmware

That’s what I thought but then explain this? H2 in green and H2 RGB in red and then a smart plug with no H in the name. So since these are not H2 it has to be Smart Plug without and circle around it but then some H2’s are on the way without RGB?

Hello, the answer is simple, pay attention to the type of pins in the picture.

There are two versions of the H2 plug - a normal and a rgb version- each is available for Matter and zigbee- and the same as UK version
