Smart Thermostat Integration in a New Home

Hello everyone, I recently moved into a new home and I’m really excited to integrate some smart home devices to make my life easier. One of the things I’m looking into is adding smart thermostats for my underfloor heating system, which is powered by district heating. I came across the Bosch ‘Smart Raumthermostate Fußbodenheizung’ and I’m curious to know if these would work seamlessly with my setup.

I also have a question about the voltage requirements—do I need 230V or 24V? I attached some photos of my current system, just in case they can help. If anyone has experience with similar setups or can provide some guidance, I’d really appreciate it!

On a different note, I’ve been exploring ways to customize my energy dashboard in Home Assistant. I love the idea of visualizing my energy consumption in a more creative way, like a circle or wheel instead of the standard bar chart. I stumbled upon some custom card suggestions, but I’m not entirely sure how to implement them. Has anyone successfully customized their energy dashboard in a unique way?

Lastly, I wanted to share a positive experience I had recently. I managed to integrate my Zigbee lights with my Homey system, and it’s been working flawlessly! The ability to control everything from one app is amazing. I’d love to hear about others’ experiences with Zigbee devices and how they’ve optimized their setups.

Thanks in advance for all your insights and suggestions! It’s communities like this that make the journey of setting up a smart home so rewarding.
