Hi all. I’ve not installed my new wall switch in to kitchen to control the ceiling lights and the cabinet lights. Originally when purchased I was under impression that you could also set long press, double press, triple press (similar to the mini switch or wireless switch)
I can’t find these settings. Anyone else find them or have I got switched mixed up when reading about them?
Ideal I would like to control the lights as I currently am… plus a (long/double/triple) press to activate an automation for all smart lights on the whole house to turn on or off.
@kevin_sales You seem to be experiencing an issue with not finding long press, double press, or triple press settings on the Smart Wall Switch H1. You can contact customer support for assistance.

Hi, thanks for you research and reply. Annoyingly (maybe a uk issue) the double button press isn’t an option. However I have realised the H2 switches are also No Neutral compatible. Which didn’t realise before ordering the H1 switch. This H2 would give me the extra buttons I need so will try one of those.
