I recently upgraded my home with Levolor motorized blinds, and it’s been a game-changer! 
I wanted to automate them to make my life easier, especially since I often forget to adjust the blinds manually. After some research, I decided to integrate them with my Alexa setup. Now, I can simply say, ‘Alexa, open the blinds,’ and they do just that!

The remote uses a 2.4 GHz frequency, which ensures reliable communication. I also discovered that the remote’s FCC ID is UXULEV, which was helpful in troubleshooting any connectivity issues. 
One thing I learned is the importance of placement. I made sure to position the blinds in areas with optimal Wi-Fi coverage to avoid any hiccups. 
Now, I can control them from anywhere in the house, which is super convenient, especially when I’m relaxing on the couch and want to let more natural light in. 
I also explored the idea of integrating them with my smart home ecosystem further. While I haven’t delved into IFTTT automation yet, the possibilities are exciting. Imagine the blinds automatically adjusting based on the time of day or even the weather!
