Smartthings App Device Connectivity Issues

I’ve been experiencing some frustrating connectivity issues with my Smartthings devices. While most of my devices work seamlessly, a few are showing as unavailable in the new Smartthings app. This is particularly concerning since I’ve invested in multiple Leviton Z-Wave Plus dimmers, and about half a dozen of them are exhibiting this behavior. Interestingly, the devices continue to function normally, and routines and Google Home integration still work perfectly. I can even access them in the Classic Smartthings app without any issues. However, the inability to control or modify these devices directly in the new app is quite inconvenient.

I’ve tried several troubleshooting steps, including factory resets, cycling power on the hub and router, and ensuring firmware is up to date. Despite these efforts, the problem persists. It’s especially puzzling since the devices are in the same gang box, with one working fine and the other showing as disconnected. I’m curious if others have encountered similar issues and if there are any known solutions or workarounds. Any insights or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

On a more positive note, I’ve found that integrating my devices with other platforms like Google Home has been a smooth experience, and I’m excited to continue expanding my smart home setup. I’m hopeful that with some community support, I can resolve this connectivity issue and fully utilize the potential of my Smartthings ecosystem.
