SmartThings App Issues and Troubleshooting Tips

Hey everyone,

I’ve been having some trouble with the new SmartThings app lately. It keeps going offline and then back online repeatedly. I just migrated from the old app, and it worked fine during setup, but now it’s driving me crazy. My whole family is experiencing the same issue—5 people in total! I’ve tried everything I can think of: power cycling the hub, checking the router, even trying it on different devices like Android and iOS tablets. Nothing seems to work.

Has anyone else encountered this problem? I’ve scoured the community forums, but I haven’t found any solutions yet. I really need some help figuring this out before I go insane!
