SmartThings Bug and Device Offline Issues

Hey everyone, I wanted to share my recent experience with SmartThings and see if anyone else has encountered similar issues. About two weeks ago, some of my devices started going offline in the app. It was pretty frustrating because I couldn’t control them through the app, even though Alexa voice controls still worked for some of them. I’ve been toggling switches to try and get them back online, but it’s been a hit or miss situation. Now, I have about 10 devices offline, and I’m not sure how to fix this without spending hours reconfiguring everything.

I reached out to SmartThings support, and they mentioned it’s a known bug but couldn’t provide a timeline for a fix. They suggested removing and re-adding the devices, which sounds time-consuming, especially since I have multiple apps installed on each device. I’m worried that even if I go through the trouble of reconfiguring everything, the devices might just go offline again.

Has anyone else dealt with this issue? I’d love to hear if there’s a workaround or a more efficient way to manage this. I’m really hoping SmartThings is working on a fix soon because this is affecting my daily routine. Any advice or shared experiences would be incredibly helpful!
