Hey everyone, I’ve been having some trouble getting my SmartThings Hub V3 to work properly on my Android phone’s local Wi-Fi network. It’s running the latest Android 9 OS, and while everything works fine when I’m on 4G, the app doesn’t load my devices when I’m connected via Wi-Fi. I’ve tried troubleshooting by resetting the hub, checking network settings, and even using an iPad with the same issue. Has anyone else experienced this and found a solution? I’d really appreciate any tips or advice you might have. Let’s figure this out together!
