Hey everyone, I’ve been using the SmartThings Wi-Fi hub as my main router connected to a Verizon modem, and I’ve got three sub hubs along with a bunch of smart devices. Everything was working smoothly until about two weeks ago when the sub hubs started disconnecting all at once and then reconnecting. It was pretty frustrating because one of them eventually got back online, but the other just disappeared from my Plume network. I tried power cycling and factory resetting them as Samsung suggested, but it didn’t help much. Does anyone have any ideas on why this might be happening or how I can get that lost hub back? It won’t even go into the red/green blinking mode. Any advice would be greatly appreciated! ![]()
