Smoke detectors don't report smoke in Home Assistant

Hi,
I have integrated a lot of Aqara Smoke Detectors directly via Zigbee2MQTT into HomeAssistant. In general all works fine but when there’s smoke detected I don’t see the sensor flipping to “detected”. Test alarms I can trigger successfully from HomeAssistant so in general the communication works.
What can I do?

@thomas33 You seem to be experiencing an issue where the Aqara Smoke Detector isn’t reporting “detected” in Home Assistant when smoke is present, even though test alarms work. Since the reference information doesn’t cover integration specifics with Zigbee2MQTT or Home Assistant, it’s recommended to contact customer support for further assistance.
