After years of using Home Assistant, I decided it was time for a change. The built-in Z-Wave integration just wasn’t cutting it for my all-Z-Wave setup. I came across Hubitat and decided to give it a try. What a breath of fresh air! In just about two hours, I had all my Z-Wave devices, including those tricky Minimotes and Wallmotes, up and running. The automations are not only reliable but also a breeze to set up. It’s amazing how a platform can make such a difference in the user experience. If you’re on the fence about switching, I’d highly recommend giving Hubitat a shot. The community support is fantastic, and the learning curve is surprisingly manageable. Here’s to many more years of hassle-free smart home automation!
