Hey everyone, I wanted to share a quick update on my recent experience with the Waste Collection sensor integration in Home Assistant. After a recent update, my sensor suddenly showed as ‘unknown,’ which was pretty frustrating. I tried everything from restarting the integration to checking the configuration, but nothing seemed to work.
After some research, I discovered that sometimes the only reliable solution is to completely remove and reinstall the integration. While it wasn’t the most exciting process, it worked like a charm! Now, my sensor is back to showing the correct status, and I couldn’t be happier.
If anyone else is experiencing similar issues, I’d recommend giving this a try. It might seem a bit tedious, but it’s definitely worth it to get everything working smoothly again. Thanks to the community for all the helpful tips and tricks!
