I have a bunch of motion sensors , Temp sensors and door sensors in my house.
On 9/30 all of a sudden my T1 light strip that I have installed went offline. It was triggered by a motion and it never turned back off. It is also showing the devices as offline in my app.
I have restarted multiple times but no availability. The troubleshooting steps can find the accessory and it shows battery is normal but still can’t seem to connect.
I have had this setup for a little over a year and this just arted happening.
I also experienced significant issues with the app over the past 12 hours, including frequent timeouts and devices going offline. However, as of this morning, everything appears to be back to normal for me, except for one of my M1 hubs which is still struggling to establish a stable connection with the servers.
I finally gave up and reset my strip lights and sensors and added it back in the app . Is this a known issue? That some accessories lose connection with the app after a maybe firmware update?
