Do you think it’s better when smart home devices focus on stability inside Apple Home and Matter, even if updates come slower? Some brands update fast through their own apps, but that often brings bugs and inconsistency. Others move slower but feel more reliable long term. Which approach actually works better in real life?

Now you can choose any system or several. Matter devices can work in several simultaneously, and you can receive updates for Matter devices in Homekit. I use Aqara Home, but I also have HA and Homey Pro.
