Struggling to Remove Namron Devices from Homey App

Hey everyone, I’ve been having a bit of trouble with my Namron devices and wanted to see if anyone else has encountered this issue or might have some advice.

So, here’s the situation: I had a few Namron dimmers and switches installed in my home, and I decided to return some of the buttons to the store because they weren’t working as expected. Before heading out, I didn’t remove them from the Homey app—I figured I’d deal with that later.

When I got back home, I tried to reconnect the devices, but they were still showing up in the Homey app as if they were still active. That’s when I realized I needed to remove them completely. I went through the removal process, but every time I tried, I just got the message «this is not the correct device». It’s been really frustrating because I want to start fresh with these devices, but I can’t seem to get past this hurdle.

I’m wondering if there’s a workaround or a step I’m missing here. The devices are Z-Wave protocol, so maybe there’s a specific way to handle their removal. Has anyone else dealt with this before? Any tips or tricks would be greatly appreciated!
