Hi everyone, I’ve been having a bit of trouble with my Arlo subscription recently. I’ve been trying to cancel it for the past couple of months, but it seems like a never-ending process. Every time I go through the cancellation steps, I get a confirmation email saying my subscription has been canceled, but then I still get charged. It’s really frustrating because when I log into my account, it still shows as active. I’m starting to wonder if this is some kind of tactic to keep people subscribed without them realizing it. I’ve tried reaching out to customer service, but it’s almost impossible to get through to anyone. Does anyone else have similar experiences or know of a way to resolve this?
