Hi, new to Aqara but love their stuff due to the lower price for a higher quality product and experience. As I am new I have a slew of products and protocols all differing from each other and need a bit of advice in what would be a good choice. I have an Apple TV 4K 3rd gen 128 Gb. So a thread border router. I have an Eve motion sensor, an Aqara camera and a couple of Sonoff ZigBee devices. How do I get all of that to talk to each other and be actually smart?

You have lots of options but I would try to keep it simple. Aqara’s M3 Hub will give you a strong base to build from and keep things simple and reliable. The Apple TV will play nice with it and any new devices you add will also work well.
If you want to venture off away from Aqara and use other devices you will need to consider additional Hubs or use WiFi which I don’t recommend. It doesn’t take long to overwhelm WiFi and cause headaches.
