Struggling with Zigbee Device Connectivity

Hi everyone, I’ve been using SmartThings for years now, and it’s been a reliable system for me. However, recently I’ve encountered some issues with my Zigbee devices that I can’t seem to resolve. I have a set of Aqara door and window magnets, which I’ve been using for quite some time. They’ve been pretty reliable, but lately, they’ve been going offline more often than not. I tried troubleshooting, but nothing seems to work consistently.

Then, I decided to add some new Ikea Parasoll lights to my setup. The initial pairing went smoothly, but maintaining a stable connection has been a nightmare. It’s frustrating because I want these devices to work seamlessly, especially since they’re part of my smart lighting system. I’ve noticed that both the Aqara and Ikea devices are categorized under Zigbee, but I can’t figure out why they’re behaving so unpredictably.

One thing I noticed is that the Aqara devices have both ‘Zigbee Thing’ and ‘Zigbee Switch’ drivers available, but the Ikea ones only show up as ‘Zigbee Thing’. I wonder if switching the driver could help stabilize the connection. I’ve tried looking into the hub settings and device configurations, but there doesn’t seem to be an option to change the driver for the Ikea devices. Is there a workaround for this?

I’ve also tried resetting the devices and重新配对 them, but the issue persists. It’s like they’re just not staying connected long enough to be reliable. I’m starting to think it might be a driver issue or maybe a problem with the hub itself. Has anyone else experienced similar problems with Zigbee devices? I’m really hoping someone can shed some light on this because I’m running out of ideas!

Thanks in advance for any help or suggestions you can provide. I’m really looking forward to getting these devices working properly again!
