Hey everyone, I wanted to share my recent success in setting up an automation for my garage door. After some trial and error, I managed to get everything working smoothly! 
Initially, I was trying to integrate my garage door opener with Home Assistant using the Proximity integration, as seen in Simon’s video. The goal was to have the door open automatically when I’m within 400 meters of my home. However, the automation wasn’t triggering, and I was a bit stuck. 
After some research, I realized the issue might be with how the proximity sensor was updating. I checked my iPhone settings and made sure location services were always active. Once I adjusted those settings, the automation started working like a charm!
