After some research, I discovered that resetting the device’s Matter configuration was the solution. I had to unplug it, wait a few seconds, and then plug it back in to ensure it started fresh. Once done, the pairing process went without a hitch, and now the lamp works perfectly with both apps. It’s a great reminder that sometimes a simple reset can resolve complex issues!
