Successfully Fixing Wyze Cam Image Rotation Issue

Hey everyone, I wanted to share my experience with fixing the image rotation issue on my Wyze Cam v2. For those who might not know, the Wyze Cam v2 doesn’t have an advanced option to flip the image like the v3 does, which was a bit frustrating for me after upgrading. I had mounted my camera upside down and forgot to rotate the image back when I switched to the v3. Now, with the v2, the image was all wonky, and it was a real pain trying to figure out how to fix it. I spent hours searching for solutions and experimenting with different settings, but nothing seemed to work. I was really worried I’d have to return the camera or buy a new one, which would have been a waste of money. But then, I stumbled upon a forum post suggesting a workaround using a third-party app and some manual adjustments. I decided to give it a shot, and it worked like a charm! I could finally rotate the image to the correct orientation without any hassle. It was such a relief, and I felt so accomplished after figuring it out. If anyone else is struggling with this issue, I highly recommend checking out the solution I found. It’s a bit of a hack, but it gets the job done perfectly. I’m so glad I didn’t give up and kept trying different approaches until I found the right one. This experience taught me the importance of persistence and the value of community support in troubleshooting tech issues. Thanks to everyone who shared their insights and helped me solve this problem!
