Hey everyone! I wanted to share my recent success in integrating Home Assistant with The Home Remote (THR). For those who aren’t familiar, THR is an amazing tool for creating custom dashboards, but I always felt something was missing—specifically, the ability to view trends and historical data that Home Assistant excels at.
After some research, I stumbled upon a simple yet effective solution: embedding Home Assistant directly into THR. It took just a few minutes to set up a Home Assistant web browser tab within THR. The result? A seamless integration that combines the best of both worlds!
Here’s how I did it:
- Open THR and navigate to the tab where you want to add Home Assistant.
- Create a new browser widget.
- Enter your Home Assistant URL and customize the settings to your liking.
