I’ve been on a journey to integrate my Lutron Caseta and Xiaomi devices into a seamless smart home ecosystem, and I’m thrilled to share my experience! 
The Challenge:
I recently purchased Lutron Caseta Diva smart dimmers, excited to enhance my home lighting. However, I quickly realized that my setup lacked a neutral wire, which was essential for the LED lights I had installed throughout my house. This meant I needed to use the LUT-MLC adapter, an additional $13 investment. The uncertainty of whether this adapter would work added to my concerns. I also faced spatial challenges fitting both the dimmer and the adapter into my gang box. After some research, I found that removing the pigtails and rewiring the box was the solution, but it was a bit daunting at first. 
The Solution:
After successfully installing the adapters, I focused on integrating my Lutron devices with my existing Xiaomi ecosystem. I discovered that using the Hubitat platform allowed for a smooth integration, enabling me to control both brands from a single interface. It was a relief to see everything working harmoniously!

- Choose the Right Platform: Hubitat proved to be a great choice for integrating multiple brands. It offers flexibility and a user-friendly interface.
