Successfully Integrating Multiple Switches for a Rollershade

I recently encountered an interesting challenge with my smart home setup and wanted to share my experience in case it helps anyone else facing a similar issue. The problem revolved around controlling a single rollershade with three different switches located in my bedroom. While the switch by the door worked flawlessly, the ones on either side of the bed were unresponsive despite being successfully learned by the system.

Initially, I tried setting up a遮罩组 (shadow group) in my smart home platform, but I quickly realized that I couldn’t select an “Auslösegerät” (trigger device) from the available options. This left me puzzled and a bit frustrated, as I couldn’t figure out why the system wasn’t recognizing all three switches as valid triggers.

After some research and trial and error, I discovered that the issue might be related to how the devices were grouped or configured within the system. I decided to manually reconfigure the connections, bypassing the automatic grouping feature. This approach seemed to do the trick, as all three switches now work seamlessly together to control the rollershade.

Reflecting on this experience, I realized the importance of understanding how different devices interact within a smart home ecosystem. Sometimes, the most straightforward solutions require a bit of hands-on tweaking and a deeper dive into the system’s settings. I’m grateful for the community forums that provided guidance and reassurance during this troubleshooting process.

If anyone else is dealing with similar issues, I’d recommend checking your device configurations and considering manual setups if automatic features aren’t delivering the desired results. Happy smart home tinkering! :rocket:
