Successfully Integrating Nuki Opener with Ritto Intercom System

I’ve been on a bit of a journey trying to get my Nuki Opener to work seamlessly with my Ritto 7630/x0 intercom system. At first, everything seemed to be working perfectly when the phone was disconnected, but as soon as I put the phone back in place, the opener stopped responding. It was such a puzzling issue, and I couldn’t figure out why it was happening. I tried various configurations from online forums, and while the default setup worked when the phone was disconnected, it failed once the phone was back in use.

After hours of troubleshooting, I decided to try a different approach. I reached out to the Nuki community for advice, and someone suggested that the issue might be related to how the phone was integrated into the system. They recommended using an additional cable to ensure proper connectivity, which I hadn’t considered before. I ordered the necessary cable and gave it a shot.

To my delight, it worked! The Nuki Opener now functions perfectly with all its features, even when the phone is in place. I couldn’t be happier with the solution, and it’s been a great learning experience. I wanted to share this in case anyone else is facing a similar issue. Sometimes, a small adjustment can make a world of difference!

If anyone has questions or needs advice on integrating their Nuki Opener with an intercom system, feel free to reach out. I’d be happy to help!
