Hello everyone, I wanted to share my recent experience with integrating a Qubino DC with an actuator. Initially, I was quite puzzled because the actuator would open but wouldn’t close as expected. I tried troubleshooting by connecting the actuator directly, and it worked perfectly, which was a bit confusing. I reached out to the community for advice and received some fantastic insights. One user suggested checking the wiring and ensuring the power supply was stable. Another recommended resetting the Qubino DC unit, which I did by unplugging it for a few seconds and then powering it back on. To my delight, this resolved the issue, and now the actuator operates smoothly in both directions. It’s amazing how a simple reset can make such a difference!
