Hello everyone, I wanted to share my recent success in integrating Zigbee and Z-Wave devices into my Hubitat ecosystem. As someone who loves experimenting with different smart home technologies, I’ve always been curious about how seamless the integration process could be. After some research and trial and error, I managed to get everything working smoothly, and I’d love to share my experience with you!
First, I started by identifying the Zigbee and Z-Wave devices I wanted to integrate. I chose a mix of lighting, sensors, and switches from various brands to test the compatibility. The key was ensuring that all devices were compatible with Hubitat’s platform. I found that using the Hubitat app alongside the manufacturer’s apps made the setup process much smoother.
