After spending several hours troubleshooting, I finally managed to integrate my Zigbee lights with SmartThings!

However, I encountered significant delays in response times, especially when controlling multiple lights simultaneously. This was frustrating, as I expected a smoother experience.Through extensive research and experimentation, I discovered that organizing the lights into smaller groups or using mirror groups improved responsiveness. I also found that controlling each light individually within routines yielded better results.
