Successfully Resolving SmartThings IDE Access Issues

Hello everyone, I wanted to share my recent experience with the SmartThings IDE access issue. For the past week, I struggled to log into the SmartThings IDE, despite having no issues with my Samsung account or the mobile app. I tried different browsers, devices, and even changed my password multiple times, but the problem persisted. It was quite frustrating, especially since I rely on the IDE for managing my smart home setup.

After reaching out to Samsung support and not getting much progress, I decided to dig deeper. I came across this forum where others were experiencing similar issues. One user suggested clearing the browser cache and cookies, which I had already tried, but another tip stood out: using an incognito window. I gave it a shot and, to my relief, it worked! I was finally able to log in without any issues.
