Hey everyone, I wanted to share my recent success in setting up smart lighting rules in my home. It started a few weeks ago when I noticed some of my bulbs weren’t responding to the rules I had set. They would either turn on at the wrong time or not at all, which was pretty frustrating. After some research and troubleshooting, I figured out the issue was with the airtime fairness setting, which I had disabled. Once I re-enabled it and adjusted some other settings, everything started working smoothly again.
Now, I have my bedroom lamps turning on exactly when I want them to, with the perfect color and brightness. It’s such a relief to have this working consistently! I also set up a porch light that turns on automatically at sunset, which adds a nice touch to the evenings.
If anyone is having similar issues, I’d recommend checking your airtime fairness settings and ensuring all your bulbs are on the same network. Also, make sure to test each rule individually to pinpoint any problems. It’s been a great learning experience, and I’m excited to explore more possibilities with my smart lighting setup!
