Successfully Updated Shelly Motion After Firmware Issues

Hey everyone, I wanted to share my recent experience with updating my Shelly Motion device. After receiving it, I noticed that despite multiple attempts to update the firmware from version 2.1.7 to 2.1.8, it kept reverting to the older version. I tried updating through both the Shelly app and the browser, and even performed a factory reset, but the issue persisted.

I came across a similar issue in the forums and decided to try a different approach. I uninstalled the Shelly app, reinstalled it, and then manually downloaded the latest firmware from the official Shelly website. This time, the update went smoothly, and the device is now running the latest firmware without any issues.
