I’ve been exploring the possibility of switching from ADT to Surety and the IQ 4 panel, and I have some questions about compatibility and automation. I currently use ADT wireless door sensors, smoke alarms, and glass breakers, and I’m wondering if these devices will work seamlessly with the new system. If they don’t, I’d hate to invest in entirely new sensors. Does anyone have experience with this transition? I’d love to hear about your setups and any tips for a smooth migration. 
On another note, I’ve been experimenting with Hubitat for automating my lights using the Simple Lighting program. It worked perfectly with my old Google Onhub setup, but after switching to Ubiquiti Unifi, the automation stopped working. I can still control the lights manually through the app, but the scheduled on/off rules don’t trigger. I’ve tried resetting the automation and reinstalling the app, but no luck so far. Has anyone encountered this issue with Unifi? Any troubleshooting steps or fixes would be greatly appreciated! 
Lastly, I’ve been fascinated by the Wiser Smart Home Solution. It seems like a scalable and user-friendly option for controlling everything from lights to HVAC. I’m curious if anyone has experience integrating Wiser with other systems or if there are any hidden features worth exploring. The idea of a unified app for all home controls sounds ideal, but I’d love to hear real-world experiences before diving in.
