Hi everyone! I’ve been enjoying the Google Weather plugin on my smart home setup, but I recently noticed that all the climate devices are showing temperatures in Fahrenheit. I’m more comfortable with Celsius, so I was wondering if anyone knows how to switch the units.
After a bit of research, I found that the plugin allows you to change the temperature units in the settings. Here’s how I did it:
- Access the Plugin Settings: Go to your smart home platform and navigate to the Google Weather plugin settings.
- Find the Temperature Unit Option: Look for an option labeled ‘Temperature Unit’ or something similar.
- Select Celsius: Change the unit from Fahrenheit to Celsius.
- Apply Changes: Save the settings and refresh your devices to see the updated temperatures.
I was a bit worried it might not work, but it worked perfectly! Now, all my devices display temperatures in Celsius.
