T1M Turning off and on randomly

Hey hey.

I am having a T1M ceiling Light installed for a few months now.

Since day one I’m experiencing a strange behaviour. One or two times a day the light turns dark, and instantly slowly fades back up again.

The Lamp is only connected via a Zigbee Stick to Homeassistant. There is tried to reset the Lamp, reconfigure, update and all that. I also tried to turn the transition time to 0, as a bandage, but this also won’t work. Since it happens so rarely, its hard to troubleshoot, change things and see if it works.

To add to this: this is the second Lamp I installed in that place, since the first had a different defect and needed to be replaced. The first Lamp showed the same behaviour.

I appreciate any advice.

Does there happen to be a dimmer switch connected to the light?

No. No dimmer switch. Just a normal one. Also no linked other smart devices that could cause this.

If there’s no stray automations that could be causing it and a previous light in the same place showed the same behaviour it does sound like a potential wiring issue, as if the current/voltage is dropping.
