I’ve several T2 relays already. But when I add a new one, it shows briefly on home app, later dissapears and cannot use it anymore. Need to remove whole M2 hub and add it again in order to see all the accessories again (losing names, automations, etc. each time).
It’s there another way to just show again the “dissappeared” device?

How many devices are linked to your M2 hub?
Gosh I’ve never heard of this before, can you try adding to the M2 by placing the relay into pairing mode and then pressing the button on the M2 3 times to place the M2 intro part mode.
If connected if should say successfully connected
