Hi. When Aqara m3 support Tado x smart radiator thermostat ? Now not add in m3 hub(
@dosha25 Hi there! It seems you’re looking to connect the Tado smart radiator thermostat with the Aqara Hub M3. Currently, the Aqara Hub M3 supports various smart home ecosystems through Matter or specific cloud integrations. However, there is no specific information available regarding compatibility with the Tado smart radiator thermostat.
I recommend reaching out to our community for additional insights or keeping an eye on future updates from Aqara that might expand compatibility. If you have any further questions or need assistance, feel free to ask. We’re here to help!
@dosha25 Is it a Matter Thermostat? Could you please share the screenshot that it can be added in Apple Home or other ecosystems?
Yes, tado is matter.
when I add a thermostat to apple homekit or aqara the system detects it immediately, but when I add it further it says that the device is offline and there is no connection with it
@dosha25 Tado X are Matter support device. It should work you might have to used Tado bridge to expose it via Tado app.
Make sure you have apple thread bridge device ( homepod, apple TV etc ) otherwise it would’t connect to apple ecosystem.
I won’t connected to Aqara m3, it’s possible? Or it work with Aqara when I used Tado bridge?
Hi its work, i have tado x whit m3 hub
@dosha25 does you Tado x work with Google home? Via thread matter just for test.
@guidapasqualefloriano Without Tado bridge?
I don’t have google home
@dosha25 If there is a Matter QR code on the thermostat , it should be connected with hub M3 without Tado bridge
I write in first massage not connected to hub Aqara m3. I have 4 radiator thermostat Tado, all no connect to m3
I have the same problem: The Tado X are connected to Tado app, to homekit via Matter, but no chance to connect them to aqara and M3 Hub. I would integrate them to make an automation with the door sensors and time delay. I hope, that there would be a solution for this issue.
How you connect? With or without Tado bridge?
without, I have only some homepods and minis and an apple TV. It worked well, but I would never buy Tado thermostats again. Previously, I had Aqara E1, which were really good, but unfortunately, they broke down after just one year due to poor quality.
Why not buy Tado?
