Hi everyone, I’ve been experiencing an issue with my Tado X thermostats integrated into HomeAssistant via Matter. They’ve been working perfectly for about two months, but recently they’ve started disappearing from HA or losing their connection. Resetting them to factory settings only brings them back for a few days before they go offline again. Other Matter/Thread devices in the same room continue to work fine, so it doesn’t seem to be a network issue. I’m wondering if this is a known problem and if anyone has found a solution. I’ve heard that firmware updates might help, but I’m not sure how to install them via Matter. Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance for your help.
