I recently purchased an Aqara W500 thermostat and encountered a problem during setup.
When I add the device in the Aqara Home app, the initial setup process completes successfully. However, after closing and reopening the app, it asks me to go through the setup process again, as if the device was never configured.
Could you please advise me how to solve this issue?

So it should work at all… Maybe you just got the notification about to bind to Matter?!?

I have the same problem. There is no solution for me so far, and I don’t think user can fix it.
I’m waiting when Aqara is back from national holiday.

Hi, support fixed this problem for me today. Problem for me was current G3 firmware version. I guess this is something they have not released yet (everything was up to date). They pushed it forward for me.
Check this screenshot (version that is working for me), if it is different, ask support for help.
