After adding the device it gives me an error message device not supported, I’m using M3 hub and the device is a relay matter over thread.

From my knowledge I think the devices need to be thread over WiFi,zigbee and matter and not matter over thread this is why it works on HomeKit but not on Aqara as the M3 hub is thread controller on Aqara ecosystem not matter that is why gives you that error or my be there is some compatibility issue witch Aqara should address’s.but I could be wrong my be @JohnD knows better this things as he is the expert

I forgot to ask : on apple home app do you have the option “Turn ON Pairing Mode”on that cube ?as if you do erase it from Aqara app and then press on that option and copy the code and add that one instead of the one from the device

I just dug into this a bit. The Magic Cube WS01 is Matter-certified and listed in the DCL. It shows up with Device Type ID 259 (0x103), which corresponds to the On/Off Light Switch device type. Basically, it acts as a controller that uses Matter Bindings to bind directly to a target device (like a smart bulb) and switch it on/off locally.
If you check the list of Matter devices supported by Aqara, it seems that this device type is not currently listed as supported.

Yes, that’s how I added to Google home and trying to aqara app as well, by the way I have matter over thread all the devices, and works well in aqara app but not this one

Well then you should contact Aqara support and let them know so they can add support for that type of device into their app.as @JohnD mention it is not listed as supported device on Aqara supported devices.
