Hello after using the U200 smart lock for a year without problem it stopped working. After looking I found the brass cylinder adapter bolt is bent. Do I have to buy a whole new cylinder or can I order just the adapter?
Hi , please contact the Aqara support- sometimes they have spare parts and within 1 year you should still have warranty!
I also would appreciate to see a way to get some spare parts for some Aqara parts - like mounting stuff, plates stickers and screws…
